G.I. Joe
Unleashing the inner warrior in small boys across
America since the early 1960s, G.I. Joe and his original
12" action figure allowed kids everywhere to test their
skills in the art of war. Representing the Army, Navy,
Air Force and Marines, and with lifelike uniforms and all
the manly accessories necessary to battle friend or foe,
G.I. Joe transformed any small patch of backyard dirt or
orange shag carpet into a war zone. Luckily for Ken and
Barbie’s relationship, G.I. Joe’s action figure grew
smaller over time.
